AstroLawn® Artificial Turf Product Warranty
PlayOn Surfacing, Inc. warrants the artificial grass surface materials
it supplies for a period of eight (8) years from the date of purchase
against defects in materials, including ultraviolet degradation and
excessive fading. PlayOn Surfacing will repair or replace—as it
deems necessary—those materials, which exhibit such defects resulting
from materials, at no cost to the owner. Installation (including seams,
tape and edging), if supplied by PlayOn Surfacing, is warranted for
a period of one (1) year from completion. Relief under this warranty
shall not include labor for installation, removals of failed materials
or any other site work if PlayOn Surfacing was not the installer or
after the one-year warranty on installation if PlayOn Surfacing was
the installer.
The recommendations for proper installation, use and maintenance of
your PlayOn Surfacing turf as outlined in our Installation, "Use and
Maintenance Tips" (attached) shall be considered in determining improper
installation, neglect or proper maintenance of the artificial turf and
shall be considered an integral part of this warranty.
This warranty does not specifically pertain to or obligate PlayOn Surfacing
in any way regarding material applied or labor performed which was not
under its control or which was supplied or performed by others not in
the contract. Assistance or recommendations provided to the owner or
his representative or PlayOn Surfacing's approval of owner's or his
representative's designs, plans or drawings in no way extends this warranty
to materials or workmanship beyond those specifically supplied or controlled
by Play On Surfacing.
PlayOn Surfacing does not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage
caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, floods, change in water
table or other acts of God.
The obligations of PlayOn Surfacing under the warranty are subject to
full payment of all monies due PlayOn Surfacing for materials and/or
labor. This warranty will be voided if any other turf manufacturer's
product is co-mingled with that of PlayOn Surfacing.
